Product Description

BPC-157 is a synthetic 15-residue peptide studied mainly in cell and animal models. A rat Achilles-tendon study reported healing-related endpoints, but those findings do not establish efficacy in humans. The registered phase 1 oral study NCT02637284 has unknown status and no posted results. FDA staff's 2026 Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee briefing found that molecular targets and mechanism remain poorly understood, that the limited human evidence is insufficient to characterize long-term safety, and that no FDA-approved drug contains BPC-157. The 10 mg artwork does not distinguish free base from acetate or establish molecular identity, purity, sterility, endotoxin control, or stability.
